How can I open an account?

What is the minimum amount to open an account?

Zero Dollars. No minimum required.

How can I cancel/close my SHIELD account?

Find the "Close Account" link in "Profile" and follow the prompts. Please send us your feedback afterward.

Which bank can I use to add an account?

Any standard U.S. national bank on our list qualifies to be added.

Can I have more than one SHIELD account?

At this time we are only offering a single Virtual Checking Account. You will soon be able to generate more virtual checking accounts within the app in an upcoming version.

Does the e-Wallet have an expiration date or need to be renewed?

As long as your account is active it will never expire or need to be renewed.

How do I request a refund for a purchase I didn't approve?

Reach out to support at support@tnpshield.com. Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 business days.
