Banking services provided by Patriot Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. The T&P Shield Debit Mastercard is issued by Patriot Bank, N.A., pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated.

2. CASHBACK

*Cashback only available after downloading the T&P Shield Mobile Application for iOS or Android, verifying identity, fully activating T&P Shield Account, loading funds into your T&P Shield e-Wallet via Bank Card, and making an eligible purchase at a participating merchant location. Cashback tiered rewards available as follows: 1% cashback only available after (i) loading funds into e-Wallet via Bank Card, and (ii) making an eligible purchase at a participating merchant location after fully activating account and verifying identity; 2% cashback only available after (i) linking a checking account to your T&P Shield e-Wallet, (ii) loading funds into your T&P Shield e-Wallet via checking account, and (iii) making an eligible purchase at a participating merchant location after fully activating and verifying identity; 3% cashback only available after (i) linking checking account to TandP Shield e-Wallet, (ii) loading funds into your T&P Shield e-Wallet from checking account, (iii) creating a virtual T&P Shield Debit Mastercard, and (iv) making at least five hundred dollars in qualifying purchases on a monthly basis at participating merchant location using your virtual T&P Shield Debit Mastercard at any location where Mastercard is accepted worldwide after fully activating and verifying identity. In the event that the five hundred dollar monthly threshold is not met, a user shall not be eligible for 3% cash back for that month, but the user may earn 1% or 2% cashback for that month when qualified. Any services described herein may be discontinued at any time without notice to you, and at the sole discretion of TandP, LLC.

1% cashback only available after (i) loading funds into e-Wallet via Bank Card, and (ii) making an eligible purchase at a participating merchant location after fully activating account and verifying identity; 2% cashback only available after (i) linking a checking account to your T&P Shield e-Wallet, (ii) loading funds into your T&P Shield e-Wallet via checking account, and (iii) making an eligible purchase at a participating merchant location after fully activating and verifying identity; 3% cashback only available after (i) linking checking account to TandP Shield e-Wallet, (ii) loading funds into your T&P Shield e-Wallet from checking account, (iii) creating a virtual T&P Shield Debit Mastercard, and (iv) making at least five hundred dollars in qualifying purchases on a monthly basis at participating merchant location using your virtual T&P Shield Debit Mastercard at any location where Mastercard is accepted worldwide after fully activating and verifying identity. In the event that the five hundred dollar monthly threshold is not met, a user shall not be eligible for 3% cash back for that month, but the user may earn 1% or 2% cashback for that month when qualified.
